The workshop is progressive: each week will increase your ability to hear the Clave. This skill will boost your appreciation of Cuban music and advance your dancing. Being able to find the clave is the key to Cuban music.
Week One-Timba, History & Physical Techniques
Week Two-Son Clave, Rumba Clave & Crossing the Clave
Week Three-Clave in Son Montuno & Cha Cha Cha & how to dance while playing
Week Four-Back to Timba: Putting it all together. A Gozar!!
